A well-respected employment litigation firm in the King of Prussia area is hiring an Associate Attorney due to continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney looking to build a long-term career in employment law with strong mentorship and hands-on experience.

No prior employment law experience required. Attorneys with general or commercial litigation backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling employment litigation matters including restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and employer defense

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Conducting legal research and managing discovery

• Assisting with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

• Working closely with partners and senior attorneys

What They’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of litigation experience

• Strong legal research and writing skills

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Solid academic performance (law review or moot court a plus, not required)

• Licensed in Pennsylvania or eligible for admission
