What it's like to be a Case Manager
As a Case Manager, you'll have the rewarding task of supporting a range of families - approximately 32 to 40 - in achieving their family and school readiness goals. Your role will involve conducting home visits, coordinating crucial services like medical and dental care, and fostering family self-sufficiency. What you need to be successful
To excel as a Case Manager, you'll need a BA in Social Work or related field. Your ability to connect with families, cultivate relationships, and empower parents will be key to success in this role.
