- Oversee project setup, contract management, and ERP data accuracy.
- Manage monthly billing for 20+ Engagement Managers, ensuring timely, accurate invoicing.
- Review and finalize 100+ pre-bills monthly.
- Handle complex billing scenarios (split-party, multi-payor, flat fee).
- Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and resolve e-billing issues.
- Maintain detailed billing documentation and client preferences.
- Respond to billing inquiries and provide regular reporting.
- Monitor WIP to ensure timely billing and flag issues.
- Serve as billing point of contact during team absences.
- Support teammates and special billing projects.
- Analyze A/R and unapplied cash to reduce outstanding balances.
- 3+ years of Project Billing Experience
- 1+ years of experience in a professional services environment.
- Ability to work in the Philadelphia, PA office on a hybrid schedule (2+ days per week in the office).
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems is essential, with a preference for experience in Deltek Vantagepoint.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires consistent, hands-on involvement in detailed processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure with tight deadlines and a consistently high workload.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives and a variety of stakeholders.
