As a Full Time Business Services Representative at Harleysville Bank, your role will be pivotal in interviewing potential business customers and effectively communicating the benefits, functionality, and costs of our diverse business services. You will manage the onboarding process, leading initial discussions to close sales and train customer teams until they are proficient with our offerings. With a strong emphasis on providing ongoing support, you will troubleshoot and solve issues while cross-selling additional bank products to enhance customer experience. Collaboration with Deposit Services will be key as you assist in setting up services and maintain open lines of communication with customers. Your responsibilities will also include preparing proposals, fostering relationships with business owners, and actively participating in community events to build valuable connections.

You will contribute to improving department operations and regularly follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring the highest level of service is consistently delivered.
