We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing client accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining precise documentation. Responsibilities:
• Monitor and evaluate corporate accounts, including those with overdue balances exceeding 180 days.
• Ensure timely client payments by following established cash collection processes and procedures.
• Prepare and distribute monthly account statements and periodic reviews to clients for transparency.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts, providing prompt follow-up on inquiries and addressing escalations effectively.
• Comply with company policies and ethical standards to maintain integrity in all collection efforts.
• Identify accounts requiring escalation and devise appropriate solutions for issue resolution.
• Process client payments, including credit card transactions, to facilitate efficient debt collection.
• Clearly explain complex billing charges to clients, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions for accurate documentation and future reference.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, including commercial collections and cash applications.
• Strong ability to manage client accounts and resolve escalated issues independently.
• Proficiency in billing functions and handling credit card payment processing.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining detailed financial information to clients.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
• Skilled in maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Familiarity with data entry processes related to financial operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
