Join Our Team as a Carpenter/Installer.

Yes, you read that correctly. We just believe in a work-life balance. With 15 days of paid time off (PTO) and 16 paid holidays, you will have a total of 31 days off (6+ weeks) in your first full year with us.

But wait, there's more...

We add an extra 5 days of PTO in your second year for a total of 36 days off (7+ weeks). Almost two months of paid days off.

We're looking for a skilled Traveling Sunroom Installation Trainer/Carpenter to join our team. This isn't your typical outdoor carpenter job-it's a year-round position where you'll not only install but also train others in our specialized products. While some work takes place outdoors, you won't always be out in the elements. If you have a passion for hands-on work, enjoy teaching others, and are open to travel, this could be the perfect fit for you!

We're looking for a skilled Traveling Sunroom Installation Trainer/Carpenter to join our team. This isn't your typical outdoor carpenter job-it's a year-round position where you'll not only install but also train others in our specialized products. While some work takes place outdoors, you won't always be out in the elements. If you have a passion for hands-on work, enjoy teaching others, and are open to travel, this could be the perfect fit for you!

What You'll Do:

• Train & Install - Lead sunroom installation projects, coaching and mentoring installers along the way.
• Travel with Purpose - Overnight travel up to 4 nights a week, for 35 weeks a year (with weekends home).
• Work in Varied Environments - While some work takes place outdoors, much of it is under covered structures or indoors.

What You Bring:

• Carpentry Expertise - Minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry, roofing, or exterior home improvements (or equivalent education/experience). Sunroom installation experience? Even better!
• Technical Knowledge - Familiarity with building codes, permit regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong Communication Skills - Ability to write detailed, accurate reports and effectively train others.
• Physical Readiness - Capable of manual labor, lifting up to 70 lbs, and working on ladders and roofs up to 30 feet high.
• Reliable & Travel-Ready - Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Local to Souderton, PA - Candidates must reside nearby.
