We're Hiring: Social Media Strategist
Location: Hybrid – Harrisburg, PA | Philadelphia, PA | Atlanta, GA
Reports to: Sr. Director, Integrated Communications
Are you obsessed with what’s trending, what’s next, and how to spark meaningful conversations in the social space? We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist who brings both strategic insight and creative passion to help our clients show up boldly and brilliantly across social platforms.
In this role, you’ll lead the charge in developing and implementing smart, audience-driven social strategies that drive real results. You'll work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into social media campaigns that engage, influence, and perform.
This is a hybrid role with a consistent schedule of three in-office days (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) at one of our offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, or Atlanta , and two remote days (Tuesday and Friday).
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute strategic, insights-driven social media plans aligned with client goals
- Lead paid and organic social efforts from concept through execution, including platform strategy, audience targeting, media planning, KPIs, budgets, and reporting
- Partner with internal teams to ensure social thinking enhances integrated campaigns across TV, print, OOH, digital, influencer, and more
- Serve as a subject matter expert on platform trends, tools, and technologies—educating clients and teammates alike
- Collaborate on influencer strategy and campaign execution
- Own the creation of dashboards and reporting to track performance, extract insights, and recommend optimizations
- Foster relationships with social platforms and partners to stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation
- Support community management and content promotion efforts across platforms
- Provide actionable audits and recommendations to improve clients’ social footprint
What We're Hoping You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or Manager (agency experience strongly preferred)
- A deep understanding of key platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
- Experience managing paid social campaigns and translating performance data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and web traffic metrics
- Strong communication skills and the ability to distill complex ideas clearly
- A multitasker who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- A natural curiosity and passion for culture, digital trends, and what’s next

- Have experience working with influencer campaigns and measurement
- Are confident in presenting strategy and results to clients and senior leaders
- Have certifications or platform training (Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy, etc.)
