LockheedMartinSpace is seeking an early career Systems Engineer. In this role you will support the definition, integration, and verification of complex aerospace systems on a collaborative, Agile development team. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of requirements engineering, system modeling, Interface Control Documents, tradeoff analysis, and hardwaresoftware integration. Familiarity with modelbased systems engineering tools, configuration management, and basic scripting. Must be a U.S.Citizen ; this position will require obtaining a government security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Acceptable degree programs include only science and technology related disciplines such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Systems Engineering, Physics, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Cyber Security or related discipline.
- Agile Software Development
- Must be a US Citizen; this position will require obtaining a government security clearance. Ability to obtain a DOD-Secret Clearance required for this role.
Desired Skills:
Experience and/or knowledge of:
- requirements engineering (DOORS, Jama)
- system modeling (CAMEO, SysML, MATLAB/Simulink)
- Interface Control Documents
- tradeoff analysis
- hardwaresoftware integration
- modelbased systems engineering (MBSE) tools
- configuration management
- basic scripting (Python, Shell) is a plus.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
