Job Description:
The client is seeking an IT Print Management Tech Coordinator to support a large-scale printer and plotter replacement initiative across offices in the US and Canada. This role will assist with printer setup, network configuration, troubleshooting, and coordination efforts to ensure successful deployment and support of print devices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Configure and deploy Client printers and Client plotters remotely
• Assist with printer connectivity, print queues, and default settings
• Support scan-to-email and scan-to-folder configurations
• Troubleshoot printer, networking, and print management issues
• Coordinate device delivery, pickup, and rollout logistics across offices
• Work closely with internal technical teams and vendors
• Assist with remote testing and printer configuration validation
• Document setup procedures and technical support activities
• Ensure devices are properly connected to domains and networks

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • Experience supporting printer or print management environments
  • Familiarity with Client printers and/or Client plotters
  • Experience configuring network-connected printers and print queues
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, DHCP, and DNS
  • Troubleshooting experience in a technical support or help desk environment
  • Familiarity with print management software such as PaperCut
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience supporting large-scale printer rollout projects
  • Exposure to scan-to-email and scan-to-file server configurations
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and cross-functional IT teams
  • Previous experience supporting remote office environments across multiple locations
