Home Time: Drivers typically spend 1-2 weeks on the road, depending on freight and location. We strive for weekly home time, though occasional 2-week periods may be necessary. Our running schedule is Monday through Saturday, featuring a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with the responsibility of secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, to $1,600 depending on the hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for safe driving (8,000 miles monthly).

Running Area: Our routes primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment, with options for vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Eligibility for dedicated accounts starts after 90 days.
