Are you a carpenter looking for a long-term home with a top-tier construction firm in Pittsburgh? We are currently seeking reliable Carpenters for Temporary and Temp-to-Hire, full-time positions in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. This is a unique opportunity to show off your positive attitude and carpentry skillset in order to transition into a permanent role with our customers.

Role Details

• Status: Temporary and Temp-to-Hire (Opportunity to transition to permanent role after 6 months )
• Location: Various Residential and Commercial project sites across the Greater Pittsburgh area
• Pay Rate: $20-$30 per hour, depending on field experience
• Schedule: Full-time (approx. 40 hours/week) with potential for overtime

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of rough and finish carpentry tasks, including metal/wood stud framing, drywall installation, cabinetry, etc.
• Install windows, doors, frames, hardware, and interior/exterior trim.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building codes to ensure accurate layout and execution
• Utilize hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble building materials
• Ensure all work meets high-quality craftmanship standards and strictly follows OSHA safety regulations

Qualifications

• Experience: Any carpentry trade school or construction field experience

Requirements

• Reliable Transportation to local job sites
• Must have own hand tools and proper PPE (hardhat, safety glasses, work gloves),
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working from heights
