In this role, you will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and contribute to a safe and positive environment for those in your care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, as appropriate to the care plan
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning while following safety guidelines
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and other routine household tasks
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and attentive conversation
• Monitor and report changes in condition, needs, or behavior to the appropriate contact
• Help with medication reminders, appointments, and daily routines as assigned
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe care environment
• Respect privacy, confidentiality, and individual preferences at all times

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care instructions and work independently
• Basic understanding of safety practices and personal care support
• Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Prior caregiving, home care, or related experience is preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and provide attentive support
• Able to drive
