Job Description:

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in living their best lives. Flexible part-time and full-time positions available. MUST HAVE A CAR.

Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals

- Foster independence and community involvement

- Offer emotional support and companionship

- Medication Reminders

- Assist individuals to plan and participate in fun, engaging activities of their choosing

Qualifications:

- A passion for helping others

- Experience in caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude

- Ability to pass a background check and have reliable transportation
