CNC Machinist Lead - 2nd Shift

• This working lead role involves operating, setting up, and editing CNC equipment, primarily lathes, and occasionally mills.
• Read and interpret blueprints, operate machines productively, perform basic tool changes, manual de-burring, and in-process inspections.
• Verify parts for conformance to specifications using various measuring devices and will be responsible for process improvement initiatives.

Skills

• 3+ years of CNC Lead experience
• 5+ years of experience in running and setting up CNC Lathe machines. Milling is a plus.
• G-Code program editing is ideal
• Experience with measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges
• Ability to read and understand blueprints

The working hours for this position are 2nd shift (10am-8pm M-TH) with training on the 1st shift (5am-3:30pm M-TH). Overtime is optional, typically ranging from 5 to 10 hours per week

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $64480.00/yr.

$150/month for perfect attendance and an additional opportunity to be entered into a drawing for $1,000 for perfect attendance in a quarter
