Now Hiring: Water Transfer Technicians in Canonsburg, PA! About the Role

We’re looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team asWater Transfer Technicians. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our field operations, helping to safely and efficiently move water to support oil and gas operations. If you enjoy working outdoors, don’t mind getting your hands dirty, and are open to frequent travel and long hours, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain 6” and 10” poly, yellow mine, and aluminum water transfer lines.
• Monitor pumps, tanks, frac tanks, and other field equipment to ensure smooth water transfer operations.
• Walk water lines regularly to check for leaks or issues.
• Use hand and power tools to perform maintenance and repairs.
• Perform general labor duties as needed to support the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 6 months of outdoor, construction, or industrial work experience.
• Skills: Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• License: Valid driver’s license required.
• Work Ethic: Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Travel: Must be open to frequent travel to job sites.

Pay : $18–$20/hour

Schedule : 60–80 hours/week | 6–7 days/week

Travel : Frequent travel required

Overtime : Plenty of OT opportunities available

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
