2nd Shift Admin Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Sunday through Saturday )

• Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and document organization.
• Communicate with team members and clients via email, phone, and other channels.
• Assist with reporting, record-keeping, and basic bookkeeping as needed.
• Troubleshoot minor computer or software issues independently during shifts.
• Support operational projects and office efficiency initiatives to keep workflows running smoothly.

2nd Shift Admin Assistant Qualifications:

Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software independently.

Excellent English communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Previous administrative or office experience preferred but not required. Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shifts with minimal supervision.
