Accounts Payable Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Accounts Payable Coordinator to fill a full-time position in the Harmar area. This position will be responsible for all accounts payable functions, including, but not limited to, payments and reconciliations, balance of vendor accounts, invoice entry, and associated reporting and documentation. This position will report directly to the Financial Manager/Accounts Payable Supervisor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR:

• Timely payment and reconciliation of Rent/Utilities, Insurance, Suppliers, Contractors, Retail Purchase, Grocery and Gas Accounts, and other items, as required.
• Reconciling vendor accounts and statements.
• Maintain reports, files, and invoices for proper audit documentation.
• Review/enter invoices with proper coding, invoice date, due date, and general ledger date.
• Other duties, as assigned by Chief Financial Officer, Assistant CFO, or Financial Manager/Accounts Payable Supervisor.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR:

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Associate degree or higher with a major in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of two years experience in Accounts Payable or related field
• Valid PA Driver's License
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
