Hematology/Oncology Division Chief | Regional Cancer Institute | PA|JO-2406-10572
- Role supporting multiple community sites and center leads
- Located at large cancer center within system's main hospital
- Up to 70% clinical, seeing patients 28 hours/week including inpatient consults and minimal call
- Very flexible regarding clinical interests of the incoming director
- Staff positions also available for those with interest in malignant hem, solid tumor (can be 100% Oncology), or GU
- Not an academic position w/ dedicated research time, but mentorship for Hem/Onc Fellowship program
- Position offers guaranteed salary model with additional leadership stipend
- 200K+ Recruitment Loan upon start date
Qualifications:
- Prefer 3+ years leadership experience within sizable program
- Can support H1B visa
- Unable to support J1 or O1 visa
Living in Pennsylvania:
- Low cost of living, great school districts and easy access to larger cities
- Proximity to New York City, Philadelphia and Harrisburg
