Job Description


THE POSITION
:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Sr. Project Manager, Delivery Management to lead cross-functional initiatives in Direct-to-Patient (DTP) engagement. The role requires strong project management capabilities, stakeholder communication, and a deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, patient journeys, and healthcare compliance frameworks. This person will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they meet business objectives, stay within scope, and are delivered on time and within budget.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Lead project meetings, track progress, and communicate clearly with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Monitor and control project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., KPIs, status reports).
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and best practices.
  • Devising and implementing best practices for project delivery via existing tools such as JIRA, confluence etc.

Qualifications


MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • Education : : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience and/or Training
    • 5–7 years of proven experience managing projects in pharmaceutical industry
    • Proven experience in client-facing roles with a strong ability to lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and represent project goals effectively to stakeholders
    • Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, team performance, or project outcomes
    • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, with the ability to navigate uncertainty and drive clarity across cross-functional team
    • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Airtable or similar).
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience and/or Training :
    • Prior experience working with Omnichannel Marketing application is preferred
    • Prior experience leading projects related to with AI technology a plus
  • Licenses/Certificates : PMP certification or Certified Scrum master

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
