Product development engineer
Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
The Judge Group is seeing a proactive NPD Engineer with a strong background in packaging to lead projects from concept to launch. This role collaborates across sales, design, operations, and quality to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions aligned with business goals.
Title: New Product Development Engineer
Location: Hatboro, PA
Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 plus bonus
Responsibilities:
•Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle
•Design packaging solutions based on market and customer needs
•Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure feasibility and efficiency
•Analyze ROI and develop go-to-market strategies
•Quantify financial impact and support sales with value propositions
•Drive continuous improvement and tech adoption
•Conduct market research to guide product strategy
•Support capital planning and strategic investments
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s in Packaging Engineering or related field
•3–5 years in NPD or strategic roles in packaging/manufacturing
•Strong project management and communication skills
•Proficient in MS Office; CAD experience preferred
