Billing/Accounts Receivable Clerk
Lancaster area company has a need for a Billing/Accounts Receivable Clerk. Looking for around 2 years experience. Should have good Excel skills; NetSuite a plus. Possible contract to hire. work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
- Managing credit card orders and ensuring funds are secured before fulfillment.
- Reconciling payment discrepancies and managing chargebacks.
- Communicating with customers regarding declined payments and outstanding balances.
- Assisting with sales tax exemption certificates and refunds.
- Typically requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required; experience with ERP systems like NetSuite is a significant plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant accounting coursework preferred).
