Join us to safeguard conformance, close CAP items, and elevate audit readiness
In this role, you are the quality backbone for Global I&C—verifying records, refining procedures, and ensuring every product that ships from GICP aligns with contractual and Westinghouse quality program requirements. You’ll report to the Manager, I&C Quality and Operations Planning and operate in a hybrid capacity from Warrendale, PA.
How You’ll Make an Impact- Weave contractual and Westinghouse quality program requirements into project planning documents from the outset.
- Execute in-process software audits and shepherd findings to resolution.
- Orchestrate preparation for customer audits and support them through close.
- Issue shipment certifications for GICP products based on rigorous records review confirming conformance.
- Critically review and annotate project documents to strengthen compliance and quality.
- Coordinate Level 3 procedure maintenance activities that support Global I&C.
- Drive CAP issues to verified closure in accordance with the corrective action program.
- Lead internal audits, contribute to internal audit teams, and support ISO certification audits.
- Serve as a quality program resource to GIC managers and personnel.
- Provide informed commentary on proposed Level 2 procedure revisions.
- 6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in Quality Assurance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- Nuclear experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of ISO standards; familiarity with ASME NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 App. B, and 10 CFR 21 preferred.
- Working knowledge/experience with ISO 9001.
- SAP knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
Hybrid role based in Warrendale, PA, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across Global I&C.
