About the Role
The Cook III is responsible for preparing high-quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu items in accordance with established recipes, production standards, and presentation guidelines. This role supports the Culinary team by ensuring food is prepared safely, efficiently, and consistently while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The Cook III reports to the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or designated Culinary Leader.
What You Will Do- Prepare menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and guest specifications.
- Complete daily mise en place and station set-up for meal service.
- Assist with advance food preparation while ensuring production aligns with business needs.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, slicers, and food processors.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, labeling, and storage to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Help manage inventory by checking par levels, preparing requisitions, and rotating products properly.
- Minimize waste and support food cost control initiatives.
- Collaborate professionally with culinary and hotel team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Minimum one year of culinary, restaurant, hotel, or related food service experience.
- Basic culinary knowledge and understanding of food preparation techniques.
- Ability to safely operate common commercial kitchen equipment.
- Strong knife skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Handler or Sanitation certification, or ability to obtain certification as required by local regulations.

Schedule & Hours
- Full-time availability
- Hours may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
