Expanded functions dental assistant
We’re looking for an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our fast-paced, patient-focused dental practice. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about dentistry, skilled in chairside assisting, and capable of performing expanded duties that help optimize patient care and clinic flow.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Assist the dentist in all chairside procedures, including restorative and cosmetic dentistry
Place, carve, and finish amalgam and composite restorations
Take digital X-rays, impressions, and intraoral photos
Educate patients on oral health and post-op care
Ensure infection control and proper sterilization protocols are followed
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Support front desk when needed with scheduling or patient intake
Salary Rangepart-time $25 - $30 per hour
