Product Manager
- Translate product vision and high-level requirements into detailed conversational requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering and QA teams to manage sprint planning and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for chatbot features and flows
- Support release management activities, including documentation and stakeholder communication
- Work with conversational designers and NLP specialists to refine intents, utterances, and taxonomy
- Validate chatbot responses and ensure alignment with conversational design principles
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
- Maintain and groom the product backlog in collaboration with engineering and design teams
- 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis, preferably in Conversational AI, chatbots, or NLP
- Hands-on experience with requirement writing, user stories, and agile methodologies
- Familiarity with conversational AI platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework)
- Strong understanding of intent modeling, NLP concepts, and chatbot testing
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with UAT coordination and release management
- B2B experience
- Knowledge of AI ethics and guardrails for chatbot behavior
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities
