Audio Visual Technician - On Call
- Provide timely and courteous on-site and on-call support
- Assist clients and internal staff with computer, network, and AV-related issues
- Assess customer needs and provide necessary equipment and recommendations
- Troubleshoot equipment or system malfunctions before, during, and after event
- Responsible for the safety and security of AV equipment at facility
- Perform periodic and scheduled tests of equipment to ensure functionality and address issues expeditiously
- Maintain proper maintenance of all equipment
- Periodically check and maintain reader boards for proper operation and report issues
- 1-2+ years of digital audio video control and troubleshooting experience preferred
- Prior hotel audio visual experience a plus
- Teams and Zoom call experience is a plus
- MS Windows proficiency required
- Mac proficiency preferred
- Able to occasionally lift 10-20lbs
- Able to occasionally climb ladders
- Schedule : Open availability including more availability on Tuesdays & Wednesdays with weekends - Schedules to be posted two weeks in advance but potential for pop up meeting requests are subject to happen
- Pay rate: $26/hour
