Office Assistant

We are seeking a full-time Office Assistant who is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to our team. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations, including preparing job quotes, processing billing for completed jobs, job costing, and obtaining permits from local cities and townships. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented setting and be motivated to grow with the company over the long term.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update account records accurately
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Process and manage invoice billing for completed jobs
- Obtain necessary job permits from cities and townships
- Prepare and create customer job quotes
- Assist with job costing and related documentation
- Perform general office duties, including scanning and filing
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional and friendly communication style
- Experience with billing and job costing processes
- Ability to work with municipal offices to obtain permits
- Adaptability and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
Salary will be based upon experience.
