Function of the Group/Initiatives/Projects: TMDIG-2025 EFX Wing. P-374303, MDL00020169 Operational resilience - critical business services are operationally resilient. Containerize file transfer is a critical business service. Application IBM Partner Engagement Manager (PEM). Corporate customers. PEM will replace proprietary

Team Dynamic: Team consists about 12 members: 5 developers, 4 QA, 1 BSA , 1 Lead Developer (mix of onshore/offshore)

Roles and Responsibilities: IBM Partner Engagement Manager (PEM)

• Perform design tasks and develop components of application and technical architecture

• Integrates and configures PEM into the organization

• May provide consultation on common issues and best practices

• Ensures quality of project deliverables while maintaining compliance with relevant standards and processes

• This application will be used by 6000 external partners and hundreds of internal users

• Operational project resilience is a high visibility initiative

Must Have Technical Skills:

• Extensive IBM Partner Engagement Manager (PEM)

• IBM Sterling File Gateway

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

• JIRA

Education/Certifications: Manager will look at experience in lieu of education

Role Differentiator: Treasury Management makes the most money for PNC out of all business units, so this is a well-funded org with an 8-year roadmap. PNC is making a large monetary investment into this space. Which shows the criticality of what the contractor is going to be doing. There's a future with this group with the possibility of extension and being contract to hire. Great team culture, fun group of developers and team members.

Interview Process: No technical quiz, more of a technical discussion

1 interview: 30 min with manager, meet and greet discussion 2nd round: 30 min Technical discussion (not quiz style) with panel of 2-3 individuals on team.
