Are you an adult who already has experience in aquatics, education, childcare, customer service or in a similar field? We want YOU! With full time and part-time shifts schedules available, make a career change or work 1 day a week. We pay for experience and leadership roles are available for the right candidate.
No experience? No problem! We only require a passion for helping others and a fin-tastic personality, we’ll teach you the rest.What will you be doing?Swim Instructors are responsible for ensuring the success of swim lessons by:- Teaching swimmers ages 4 months-12 years old using a well-established and proven curriculum of water safety and swimming skills.
- Communicating progress and celebrating accomplishments with parents and caregivers at the end of class.
- Working closely with supervisors during your shift
- Shallow-water ELLIS Lifeguard Certification is required and offered throughout the year.
