Senior NetSuite Administrator
About the Opportunity:
I am partnering with a global technology firm serving enterprise clients across several commercial industries to place an experienced Senior NetSuite Administrator. This organization operates across multiple regions and has built a robust, scalable technology platform with a strong emphasis on security and compliance. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role within a collaborative engineering team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary subject matter expert for NetSuite and a broader suite of business applications, partnering directly with cross-functional stakeholders to support system administration, integrations, and continuous enhancements.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide technical guidance and day-to-day administration of the NetSuite ERP platform
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and integration partners
Leverage JavaScript and NetSuite APIs to support custom development and automation
Administer and support a customer service platform, including vendor coordination and ERP integration
Support and administer a project and collaboration toolset at an application level
Support custom field configurations
Connect and maintain integrations, third-party modules, and add-ons across core business applications
Coordinate technical and project efforts across vendors and external integrators
Deliver strong internal customer service communication to stakeholders across departments
Conduct regular data audits and resolve data integrity issues
Gather end-user feedback and translate it into system requirements and enhancements
Evaluate new tools and integrations to support operational efficiency
Design and implement searches, reports, dashboards, and process monitoring solutions
Participate in all project phases: requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, development, configuration, QA, documentation, and training
Manage user access, monitor system performance, and maintain up-to-date system documentation
Basic Requirements:
BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of ERP/CRM administration experience
2+ years of NetSuite experience, including API integration implementation
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Familiarity with ITSM and customer service platforms
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
Proficiency in REST APIs; knowledge of iPaaS integration tools a plus
NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification preferred
CRM platform experience a plus
