Start of the Week
Equipment is assigned and ready, with Kenworth T680 trucks set up for long-haul operation. A Class A CDL driver begins with a preplanned dispatch, allowing the week to run without constant updates or last-minute changes. Loads are already positioned to keep movement steady.

How the Work Flows

• Average miles: 2,500–3,000 per week
• Dispatch: Preplanned, steady routing
• Freight: No-touch, temperature-controlled
• Running area: Midwest to East Coast

A CDL A driver moves through longer routes designed for continuity rather than frequent stops. This setup keeps trucks moving and limits downtime between assignments.

On the Road
Trucks are equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, and refrigerators to support extended time out. In-cab systems provide additional comfort, and reefer trailers are used for all freight. The goal is consistent operation without unnecessary interruptions.

Time Off
Home time is structured as 6 days off per month and scheduled ahead of time. Drivers can take days together or split them based on preference. This is not a weekly home time role but allows for planning and consistency.

Pay Structure
Weekly Pay: $1,350 to $1,450
Additional earnings include layover and detention pay when applicable, supported by steady miles and consistent dispatch.

What You Need
A Class A CDL driver must have at least 3 months of recent OTR or regional experience, or more time driving than not. A valid CDL-A license is required and must match residence before dispatch. Drivers must meet basic safety standards with no recent major violations.

Benefits Overview
