Plant Admin Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join a busy production facility in Feasterville-Trevose. Unlike a traditional corporate office, this role is situated directly within the warehouse environment. This is a perfect fit for a "boots-on-the-ground" admin who thrives in an active, industrial setting and enjoys being close to the operational action.
salary: $18 - $20 per hourshift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Precise Data Entry: Performing line-by-line data updates within Excel to ensure all records are current.
- Inventory & Shipping: Maintaining accurate inventory logs, verifying shipping details, and cross-referencing orders for accuracy.
- Reporting: Generating daily reports to help keep the plant's logistics on track.
- Operational Support: Assisting the plant management team with various administrative tasks as needed.
