CDL-A Truck Driver | Avg $1,650–$1,750/Week | Mountain Top, PA | Semi-Local | Home Weekly Position Overview

Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a semi-local dedicated delivery position based in Mountain Top, PA . This role offers strong weekly pay, consistent freight, and a balanced schedule with frequent home time , making it ideal for drivers who want steady income without full OTR.

Drivers will deliver food products to distributors and food service customers across regional lanes.

• Operating across:
  • PA, NJ, NY, OH, MD, DE, MA, ME, VT, NH
• Average:
  • ~2,040 miles per week
  • ~4 loads per week
  • ~11 stops per week
• Freight includes:
  • Food products (tortillas, chips, packaged goods)
• Equipment:
  • Dry van, refrigerated, and liftgate trailers
• Driver assist unload required
  • Electric pallet jack + liftgate

• Tuesday – Saturday
• Start time:
  • 6:00 AM
• Drivers typically:
  • Spend ~3 nights per week in the truck
• Drivers living outside 50 miles:
  • May stay out the full week
• Home weekly (34-hour reset)

• Avg Weekly Pay: $1,650–$1,750
• Avg Annual Pay: ~$87,500

Mileage Pay:

• $0.52 – $0.54 CPM

Additional Pay:

• $30 stop pay (avg ~11/week)
• $75 NYC delivery pay
• $15/hour detention pay (after 2 hours)
• $200 holiday pay
• $20/hour safety training pay

• Automatic sleeper tractors
• 48' and 53' dry van & refrigerated trailers
• Trucks remain at terminal during home time

• Driver assist / touch freight (pallet jack + liftgate)
• Multi-stop delivery routes
• Customer-facing deliveries
• Mix of local and regional driving

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required
• Must be able to:
  • Perform driver assist deliveries
  • Handle multi-stop routes
  • Work consistent weekly schedule
