Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscape crew members to ensure efficient and high-quality project completion
• Promote and maintain safe, professional work practices on all job sites
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company positively to clients
• Learn and perform all tasks related to landscaping projects, adapting to new challenges as needed
• Mentor and develop crew members by providing constructive feedback and support

Qualifications

• Experience working outdoors, preferably in landscape services
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks
