Customer Service Representative - Part-Time

$19 - $24 hourly

• Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
• Answer phone calls and emails, and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
• Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct
• Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Complete other administrative duties as needed, such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc
• Assist the sales team with the preparation of quote documents and emails

• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Must have graduated from high school, received a G.E.D., or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
• Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
• Can juggle multiple simultaneous tasks
• Able to focus clearly on details
• Must be able to demonstrate a high sense of urgency
