Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) contractor to provide hands‑on execution and operational support for personalization and journey delivery initiatives. This role is intended to immediately support AJO build and delivery work.

The ideal candidate has robust , production‑level AJO experience and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment supporting live journeys.

Key Responsibilities

· Build, configure, test, and publish AJO journeys, with an initial focus on email delivery.

Author and manage messages, journey logic, schedules, quiet hours, throttling, and versioning.

Perform QA and troubleshoot journey execution, delivery, or data‑related issues.

Partner with analytics, martech, and engineering teams to ensure data readiness and correct audience usage.

Support day‑to‑day campaign operations and production support activities.

Track intake, work items, and delivery milestones using Workfront.

Maintain documentation for journeys, configurations, and operational decisions.

Provide reliable execution support to stabilize campaign delivery and reduce after‑hours effort.

qualifications:
Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience working in MarTech or personalization platforms.

· Robust , hands‑on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) in a production environment.

Direct experience building and supporting journeys, messages, and delivery configurations.

· Working knowledge of Workfront for intake, task tracking, and workflow management.

Robust troubleshooting skills and ability to operate independently under delivery timelines.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have

· Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real‑Time CDP (RT‑CDP) concepts.

Experience supporting audience configuration and validation workflows.

Financial services or other regulated‑industry experience.

·Consistent, on‑time delivery of AJO journeys with fewer escalations.
