What You'll Do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a great experience.
Monitor and manage past-due accounts while providing guidance to customers on their payment plans.
Communicate regularly with customers to help them stay on track with their rental agreements.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to meet customer needs.
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to provide top-notch service.
Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
