Entrly level data analyst
Data Collection and Cleaning:
- Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Clean and preprocess data to prepare it for analysis.
Data Analysis:
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
- Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and extract meaningful insights.
Report Generation:
- Create clear and concise reports summarizing key findings and trends.
- Present data-driven insights to internal stakeholders in a comprehensible manner.
Database Management:
- Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and implement efficient data management procedures.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with other analysts and team members to enhance overall data capabilities.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques.
- Take initiative in expanding knowledge and skills related to data analytics tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python/R.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing accurate and reliable results.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
