About the Role:
Nick DeMaio State Farm Agency in Richboro, PA is hiring a Licensed Insurance Team Member to support and serve our growing client base. Were looking for an experienced and licensed professional who enjoys delivering outstanding service, building lasting relationships, and supporting customers in both everyday needs and major life moments.

This is an in-office role designed for individuals who bring a strong customer-first mindset and are also comfortable identifying opportunities to provide additional insurance solutions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total Compensation Range: $37,000$60,000+ annually (Base Salary + Bonus + Commission Opportunities)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and check-ins

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries about:

  • Insurance product availability and eligibility

  • Coverage questions and policy changes

  • Transfers, billing, claims support, and general servicing needs

• Use State Farm tools and systems to track activity, document interactions, and support team goals

• Look for opportunities to cross-sell or upgrade coverage that aligns with the customers needs

Candidate Requirements:

• Active Property & Casualty License (Required)

• Life & Health License (Preferred)

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service or account management role, ideally in an insurance agency or similar environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Personable, empathetic, and confident working directly with customers

• Must be able to work full-time, on-site in Richboro, PA
