Municipal Law Associate Attorney
Our client, a well-regarded, collegial firm in the Norristown area, is seeking a Municipal Law Associate with 5–7 years of experience to join its growing practice.

This position offers a dynamic mix of municipal work, including:
- Ordinance drafting and zoning matters
- Land use and development issues
- Advising zoning and code enforcement offices
- Representing local and state government entities
- Condemnation proceedings and environmental matters
- Litigation exposure
Attorneys also attend evening zoning and development meetings (approximately 4/month, shared across the team).
Ideal Candidate
- PA Bar admission required
- Proactive, high-energy, and communicative personality
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients and stakeholders
What Stands Out
- Billable requirement: 1,800
- Hybrid schedule with 1 anchor day
- Base salary up to $130K + annual discretionary bonus
