Position Title: Event Service Professional(Server/Bartender)

Position Overview:
Rusty Rail Brewing Company is seeking a professional, energetic, and guest-focused individual to join our events team. This role supports both serving and bartending functions for a wide variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and social celebrations.

This position requires flexibility for both daytime and evening shifts , with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional guest experiences and seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, professional service to guests during events
• Execute food and beverage service, including buffet, plated, and passed service
• Bartend events when needed, including preparing and serving beer, wine, and cocktails
• Assist with event setup and breakdown (tables, décor, stations, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout service
• Work collaboratively with the events team, kitchen staff, and management
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Uphold Rusty Rail's standards of hospitality and brand representation

Qualifications:

• Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, polished, and guest-first attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Availability for both daytime and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
