Looking for experienced Servers!

We are located in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.
Candidates with a passion for great food, beverage, and delivering excellent hospitality should forward their résumé. Our service staff thrive in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
Servers enjoy a discounted meal while at work. We also offer healthcare, dental, and 401k with company match, after a waiting period, for all full-time employees.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Strong communication and listening skills to accurately take customers' food & drink orders
Can interpret guest’s desires and provide recommendations
Have a detailed knowledge of menu items
Work closely with management to create a pleasant dining experience
Enjoys providing great hospitality
Qualifications:
Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
2+ years’ Server experience preferred
Attention to cleanliness and safety
Open availability including nights and weekends
Knowledge of a second language is a plus
