This is a 1st shift position working Monday to Thursday from 4am to 2:30pm. The hourly rate of pay is $ 20.48.

Operates body preparation equipment for production.

Major Functions and Scope:

• Operates various body preparation equipment.
• Records batch information on bins.
• Vacuums and brushes mixing equipment as necessary between color changes.
• Performs required quality checks.
• Loads and unloads trucks as needed.
• Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
• Follows standard operating and safety procedures and wears required personal protective equipment.
• Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Education and Knowledge:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• 0-1 year previous manufacturing/production experience.

Competencies:

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good record keeping skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Accurate measurement capability.
• Ability to understand and speak basic English.
• Ability to work in a safe and conscientious manner.
• Must be Dal-Tile certified to operator powered industrial trucks.
