Dental Insurance Coordinator
We’re growing and looking for an experienced, personable, and highly organized Dental Front Desk Insurance Coordinator to join our private practice in Collegeville!
This is more than a front desk role. You are the heartbeat of the patient experience. As the first and last point of contact, you’ll play a key role in building trust, guiding patients through their care, and helping them confidently move forward with treatment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient from check-in to check-out
- Coordinating and optimizing the schedule to support both patient flow and production goals
- Verifying insurance benefits and helping patients understand their financial options
- Managing payments and ensuring a seamless administrative experience
- Collaborating closely with a supportive, team-oriented clinical and administrative team
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of dental front office experience
- Confidence in discussing treatment and finances with patients
- Familiarity with dental procedures and insurance workflows
- Experience with Open Dental (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, professional presence
- Someone who is proactive, organized, and genuinely cares about patient experience
