- Reach out to customers to maintain good relationships
- Update customer information
- Acuire new information from customers
- Learn the preferences of customers
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding payment
- Speak with customers about past due invoices on the account and send a list of open invoices/copies of invoices to pay
