Training Manager, Capabilities and Execution

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery, execution, and management of all training-related needs. The Training Manager, Capabilities and Execution will be able to comprehend and communicate materials and must possess effective facilitation and communication skills. You will:
- Engage in effective workshop delivery utilizing high-impact learning activities that adhere to adult learning principles
- Coordinate across departments (Operations, Compliance, etc), identifying all new-to-team and ongoing training requirements, ensuring all requirements are communicated, tracked, and completed
- Assist in curriculum development, as appropriate
- Support leadership by leading efforts around skill development for national sales meetings, POA meetings, manager meetings, and other training initiatives
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales
- Bio-pharma training experience, high-level PowerPoint skills
- 3+ years of sales management and/or sales training experience
- 3+ years of experience designing and leading Training programs at scale, preferably in high-growth environments
Desired Requirements:
- MBA or masters in instructional design
- Pharma sales and sales management experience; Background in Leadership Development, instructional design
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $121,000 to $148,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
