Utility / Baler Operator - Paper Center of Excellence

$20/hr plus $2/hr shift premium for overnight shifts

We are seeking reliable Utility workers to join the growing team at our Leola, PA Paper facility to perform a variety of simple, manual tasks that support our production and warehouse processes. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency of our operations by assisting with supporting tasks as needed. • 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
• 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

What you’ll do…

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Pull carts using a tugger
• Operate the baler, paper baler, plastic baler, and shredder
• Weigh materials accurately using a scale
• Track bale tickets and complete data entry as required
• Perform housekeeping duties throughout the facility
• Clean up paper and scrap materials in production areas
• Inspect materials for quality defects
• Use equipment to move and stage bales
• Support various basic production and recycling tasks as needed

What you’ll need...

• Ability to safely operate industrial equipment (or willingness to be trained)
• Demonstrated ability to follow workplace procedures and safety standards
• Proven capability to meet safety and quality expectations
• Basic computer skills for data entry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English to ensure effective training and communication; prior manufacturing or production experience preferred

Preferred:

• Prior forklift experience
