Our client, a boutique business law firm in Center City Philadelphia , Pennsylvania is seeking a Mid-Level Transactional Associate Attorney with 2–7+ years of commercial transactional experience .

This is a strong fit for a law firm transactional attorney who wants direct responsibility, partner access, sophisticated middle-market work, and a lower billable-hour target than many larger firms.

Role Focus: Commercial transactions | Real estate transactions | Middle-market business deals | Corporate / general business matters | Commercial contracts | Asset and stock transactions | Leases, shareholder agreements, NDAs, corporate governance | Employment / restrictive covenant agreements

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) law degree from an ABA-Accredited Law Firm
• 2–7+ years of commercial transactional experience
• Bar Admission: Pennsylvania (PA) (additional bar: New Jersey NJ preferred)
• Law firm background strongly preferred
• Commercial real estate and middle-market deal experience preferred
• Ability to handle matters with limited supervision
• Stable resume and strong written / verbal communication skills

Compensation / Benefits / Culture

• Requirement: 1,600 billable hours
• Bonus structure tied to collections, performance, discretion, and origination
