Licensed Behavior Consultant
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus
MCC Family Services is seeking a part time Licensed Behavior Consultants (LBC) for our growing ABA Program. We provide services to children and adolescents up to the age of 21 when a licensed physician deems it necessary to address various behavioral, social, and emotional concerns. With clients located in Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery Counties and in various settings, such as schools and homes, reliable transportation is required. MCC Family Services is dedicated to the safety of our employees and clients, so we provide protective equipment for all employees working in homes and schools. The primary roles and responsibilities of the BSC include:
- Data Collection and Data Analysis
- Development of Treatment Plans and Behavior Modification Strategies
- Clinical Oversight of ABA Therapists
- Consultation with Regards to Behavioral Paradigms
Job Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Mental Health Discipline
- Professional Licensure (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LBS, or Psychologist)
- BCBA preferred, but not required.
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination; or Medical Exemption; or Religious Exemption
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Be able to pass a drug screen, criminal background, FBI, NSOR, and Child Abuse clearances.
