Lead Line Cook
Doho, located in the Mount Airy neighborhood, is seeking experienced Lead Line Cooks to join our small, close-knit kitchen team. Our cuisine is seasonally driven, with a strong focus on locally sourced ingredients and flavors inspired by Central and South America, Southeast Asia, Korea, and Japan.
The ideal candidate is a dependable team player who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a collaborative kitchen environment. Previous fine dining experience and full-time availability are preferred.
Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes on our frequently evolving menu
Lead assigned stations while maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency
Manage the daily care, organization, and cleanliness of equipment, tools, and workstations
Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Create and maintain daily prep lists while monitoring product levels to ensure smooth service
